Mike Weir shot a final round 2-over par 74 to finish the Ford Championship at 10-under 278, in a tie for 14th, and earned $77,500 to remain on top of the money list. Mike was trying to become the first player in nearly 30 years to win three times before The Players Championship. Mike’s next start will be at The Players Championship, March 24-30. This was only his third round over par in twenty-one rounds played in 2003. "I really didn't have a whole lot of game this week. I'm disappointed about that but, on the other hand, I somehow got myself into contention, despite not playing my best."

Scott Hoch captured the Ford Championship at Doral with a Monday finish on the Blue Monster, besting Jim Furyk on the third hole of a playoff.
